Understanding and Coping with Sunset Anxiety: Tips for Overcoming Panic and Regret at the End of the Day

A common but unofficial phenomenon known as “sunset anxiety” has been revealed by hundreds of people on Reddit. Setting goals for the evening, being mindful of anxieties, and avoiding trying to fight them are also beneficial strategies. Practicing mindfulness throughout the day and establishing a nighttime routine can help reduce stress buildup and provide a sense of purpose. Professional help from therapists can also be sought to navigate the stresses and anxieties that occur during the evening transition from day to night.
