Liu also incorporates muscle response testing into her health routine and consults with a doctor for a mix of Eastern treatments and Western medicine to maintain her overall well-being.

When it comes to body image, Liu has embraced a refreshing perspective, advocating for confidence at every age and stage of life. She emphasizes that flaws and life experiences shape the body, and it should be carried with pride and confidence. Liu stays motivated by surrounding herself with supportive friends who share health and fitness goals. She stays hydrated with water and sports drinks after workouts to replenish her energy levels and keep herself refreshed.

In her career, Liu has taken on physically challenging roles and is not afraid to put in the hard work to prepare for them. From intense training sessions for films like “Charlie’s Angels” to performing stunts in movies like “Shazam! Fury of the Gods,” Liu pushes herself to excel physically. Despite the demanding nature of these roles, she appreciates the empowerment and strength that comes from such training. Overall, Liu’s approach to health and fitness emphasizes balance, moderation, and the interconnectedness of the mind and body for overall well-being.
