They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery — but this woman isn’t so sure.

A New York City influencer has revealed the unexpected repercussions that accompany content creation: cardboard cutouts of her images being sold online.

“When I decided to make videos on the internet, this is the last thing I thought would happen,” Kelsey Kotzur, 31, said in a video posted to TikTok.

Last fall, the Brooklyn resident discovered that an unknown stranger was creating life-sized flat figurines in her likeness, seemingly pulling images of Kotzur off of the internet to turn into cardboard cutouts. But this week, she was “alerted” that new variations had been added, with the life-sized versions going for nearly $80.

According to the site, the newest listing, “Kelsey Kotzur (Jeans) Cardboard Cutout,” is a “HOT Product,” with 26 views in the last 24 hours.

“Who is doing this to me?” she asked in the caption of the clip.

The products appear to be originating from the site Celebrity Cutouts, which sells an array of cardboard cutouts of A-list actors, models, political figures and, yes, even influencers.

Cutouts of other internet personalities listed for sale include NYC creator Serena Kerrigan and brothers Jake and Logan Paul.

Kotzur previously discovered the cutouts sold on Walmart’s website — although they have since disappeared — but they were also available on eBay and Amazon.

The Post has contacted Kotzur and Celebrity Cutouts for comment.

While she seems to be able to see a bit of humor in it — her family even bought one of the cutouts to “troll” her, she said — she said in the comments that she isn’t sure if she should be “flattered” or “freaked tf out,” calling the phenomenon “insane.”

“Idk if I should laugh or be scared,” one person wrote, to which Kotzur replied, “same.”

“This is hilarious but also so weird and scary. The duality of the internet,” another said in the comments.

“This is the MOST BIZZARRE thing but also like…a compliment?? Idk I’m cracking up but also feel like we need to report this,” someone else chimed in.

“I mean this in the nicest way, but why would people buy this? (Who are not your family),” questioned one viewer.

“I’d say run me my money, run me my check,” quipped another.

“Does this make you feel like you’ve really made it,” joked someone else.

“That’s so weird… unless you make one for yourself as a gag gift… Who is buying!” exclaimed one user, to which Kotzur responded, “I hate to think about it.”
