Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups entered the territory of the Belovsky district in Russia’s Kursk region overnight on Aug. 11, head of the district, Nikolai Volobuev, claimed.The Ukrainian military launched the incursion across the border on Aug. 6.
