Ruanga is arguably the hardest to find, as the quest marker seems to suggest they’re behind an impassable cliff face, but that’s not the case.If you check your journal, it will tell you to look for the fossil in the rock wall north of Thirdborn. Do just that and examine the cliffs until you find the bones of a lizard-like creature stuck on the side of a cliff. Climb towards it and you’ll find the entrance to an abandoned mine, with Ruanga waiting in an alcove towards the top.Unfortunately, Ruanga will refuse to go to the meeting no matter what as she believes the captain intends to kill her. If you talk to the others first you will be able to try and convince her, but you will fail no matter what – this still counts towards completing the quest though, so you can move on.How to Find Tauwe

Tauwe is very easy to find, you just need to trek a large distance to reach him as he is next to a lake far east of Thirdborn. He will be entirely willing to come and meet the captain for a drink, so you don’t need to do much to convince him.While you’re there, take a quick dip in the oasis and pick up the Sapphire Eye for the Totem of Revelations and a set of unique gloves.How to Find Kowha

Kowha is up in the northeast corner of Shatterscarp, north of Shark’s Teeth. You can reach him by parkouring up a set of broken stairs along the ruins to reach the battlements where he’s stood.Once there he’ll tell you that his neighbors have been infected with Dreamscourge, which means you need to put them out of their misery before he’ll be willing to come to the meeting. These will be a mix of Tier 3 and 4 enemies, so make sure you’ve got decent gear before you dive into this fight. Once you’ve cleared them out, talk to Kowha again and he’ll agree to go to the meeting.Attending the Meeting

Despite Ruanga refusing to attend, the party’s still on. Return to the tavern and the barkeep will direct you upstairs, asking you to take the drinks up with you. The captain will briefly lament Ruanga’s absence before toasting the crew, at which point Kowha drops dead.Turns out Ruanga was right and the captain did have murderous intent. You can accuse him of poisoning Kowha, but nothing will come of it; you’ll get the Ring of Prosperity as a reward and be sent on your way.
