Her holistic approach to fitness involves working on her entire body rather than focusing on specific areas.

Ross incorporates a variety of equipment into her workouts, including weights, kettlebells, and battle ropes. She emphasizes the importance of focusing on form to prevent injuries and increase effectiveness. In addition to the Tracy Anderson Method, Ross also practices Gyrotonics, which focuses on balance, strength, and flexibility throughout the body. She encourages self-love and acceptance, reminding others to be kind to themselves and embrace their bodies, especially during challenging times. Overall, Ross’s approach to fitness and wellness is grounded in positivity, balance, and self-compassion.
