Kaley Cuoco is dedicated to starting her week off on the right foot by prioritizing her fitness routine. She acknowledges that as she has gotten older, staying active has become an essential part of her day. Despite sometimes lacking motivation, she pushes through by reminding herself that a workout is just an hour of her day and always leaves feeling better afterwards. Cuoco ensures she gets around 10,000 steps in each day and tries to incorporate some form of physical activity, whether it be yoga or horseback riding, into her routine.

Cuoco credits yoga as the key to maintaining her toned physique, stating that it has had a positive impact on both her mental and physical well-being. While she occasionally feels like skipping workouts, she acknowledges the benefits of a good sweat session. She mixes up her workouts occasionally by incorporating SoulCycle, but remains loyal to her favorite routines to keep her body engaged. Cuoco also knows what workouts don’t suit her, such as running, and opts for activities like spinning instead.

As she prepares for acting roles, Cuoco adjusts her workouts accordingly to meet the demands of the characters she portrays. This includes high-intensity circuit workouts, hot yoga, and cycling sessions to stay in peak physical condition. Cuoco ensures she eats every two hours to maintain her energy levels, noting that she has learned to consume smaller, balanced meals and drink more water. She avoids mindless eating habits, opting to be present and mindful while enjoying her meals.

Cuoco infuses fun into her workouts by incorporating various resistance and stability training exercises. This approach helps keep her engaged and motivated during her sessions. Following her pregnancy, she embarked on a rigorous HIIT treadmill routine to ease back into her fitness regime. Cuoco also adjusted her workouts after developing Carpal tunnel syndrome, focusing on lower body and core exercises to aid her recovery.

To maintain balance in her diet, Cuoco allows herself a cheat day once a week, where she indulges in poolside relaxation, drinks, and pizza. She follows a consistent diet that includes peanut butter toast for breakfast, light lunches, snacks like Luna Bars and fruit, smoothies, and healthy dinner options. Cuoco’s dedication to fitness and health is evident in her approach to workouts and diet, emphasizing the importance of consistency and balance in leading a healthy lifestyle.
