Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced plans for a 140-night world cruise on the Seven Seas Splendor in 2027. The cruise will visit six continents, 40 countries, and 73 UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Prices for the World of Splendor 2027 World Cruise range from $91,499 per guest to a record-breaking $839,999 per guest for the decadent Regent Suite, with a total cost of $1.7 million for two guests. This will be the first time a World Cruise will sail on an Explorer-Class ship, offering luxury travelers a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The Regent Suite on the Seven Seas Splendor is one of the largest suites ever constructed on a luxury cruise ship. Guests in the suite can enjoy two bedrooms, a hand-crafted Hästens Vividus mattress, a personal sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, two private balconies with heated mini pool spas, and luxurious touches such as marble details, crystal chandeliers, and original lithographs by Picasso. The suite also offers 270-degree unobstructed views from a wraparound veranda and a glass-enclosed solarium on the fourteenth deck.
Guests staying in the Regent Suite receive VIP treatment both onboard and off the ship. This includes access to specialty restaurants, a private dining room, a complimentary cocktail party, dinner with a senior ship officer, and a personal training session. Additionally, Regent Suite guests receive first-class or business class airfare, transportation to and from the airport, priority boarding on embarkation day, and a personal car, driver, and guide in every port visited on the cruise. The 2027 World Cruise will set sail from Miami, visiting the Caribbean, Pacific Islands, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Africa, and Europe before ending in New York.
The World of Splendor World Cruise will cover 35,668 nautical miles, with over 480 shore excursions and 14 overnight stays. For guests who do not wish to splurge on the Regent Suite, there are 14 other suite categories to choose from, starting at $91,499 per guest for a 307-square-foot Veranda Suite. Those looking for a shorter journey can opt for a 126-night voyage from Miami to Rome, with prices ranging from $84,999 to $755,999 per guest. The cruise will commence on January 11, 2027, after a one-night pre-cruise stay in a luxury hotel in Miami and an exclusive pre-cruise gala.
