Both Republicans criticized Biden after he vowed to withhold weapons from Israel if Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu invaded Hamas’s last stronghold in Gaza.

Trump reminded Biden of Hamas’s deadly terror attack on Israeli border communities, accusing Biden of taking the side of terrorists. She also joined the Jan. 6 House Select Committee to investigate the events surrounding the Capitol riot, ultimately recommending and voting to impeach Trump. Cheney’s actions led to her defeat in the GOP primary race for Wyoming’s at-large congressional seat in 2022.
