The bodies of Murat Aydoğan and Murat Değirmenci, who lost their lives as a result of a collapse, were delivered to their families after autopsy procedures. The funeral of Aydoğan was held in the village cemetery in Çarıklı village where the incident took place, after the funeral prayer at noon.
The funeral prayer was attended by Niğde Governor Cahit Çelik, who expressed his condolences to Aydoğan’s relatives. Murat Değirmencinin’s funeral was also buried in the village cemetery in Civelek village of Gülşehir district of Nevşehir, after the funeral prayer at noon.
The funeral was attended by Değirmenci’s family and relatives, AK Party Nevşehir Deputy Süleyman Özgün, Gülşehir Mayor Erkan Çiftçi, and citizens. Meanwhile, the treatment of Alpaslan İpek, Seyfettin Kaya, Muharrem Tanak, and Ufuk Ergül, who were injured in the incident, continues at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University Education and Research Hospital.
