The resort will also include a homesite component away from the courses and a foundership program allowing members to enjoy exclusive benefits such as preview play, preferred real estate selection, and access to special events and tournaments. The foundership program requires a refundable deposit of $65,000 and is designed to enhance the overall experience for guests and members.
