Likewise, a content-recommendation startup, was recognized for its inclusive culture and hybrid workplace plan, emphasizing strong communication and employee buy-in.
Humanly, a company that helps automate recruiting functions, impressed judges with its focus on building product hand-in-hand with culture, leading to high levels of employee satisfaction. Syndio, a startup analyzing workplace pay equity issues, was praised for its core product that helps organizations create more equitable workplaces. The Workplace of the Year category at the GeekWire Awards highlights companies that prioritize employee satisfaction and create inclusive and diverse work environments.
The GeekWire Awards celebrate the top innovators and companies in the Pacific Northwest technology industry. The finalists for each category, including Workplace of the Year, were selected based on community nominations and input from judges. Community voting will continue until April 12, with the winners being announced live at an event at Showbox SoDo in Seattle on May 9.
