Kennedy has listed the property at 84 Croton Lake Road in Katonah, New York as his domicile on presidential nomination petitions filed in New Hampshire. Voting records show that he has voted in previous elections using this address, including in 2020, 2018, 2016, 2014, 2013, 2011, 2010, and 2008. The legal owner of the property is Barbara Moss, the wife of a longtime friend of Kennedy, Timothy Haydock, who is a Westchester doctor.
A foreclosure action has been filed against Moss by US Bank Trust Company, claiming she owes $46,106 plus interest on the property. A settlement conference is scheduled for June 7th, and a notice warning of the potential loss of the home was issued to Moss. Kennedy and his campaign have declined to comment on the situation, and Moss has not responded to requests for comment either. Kennedy’s brother, Doug, stated that Kennedy has lived on and off at the Croton Road address with friends Haydock and Moss for some time.
Neighbors of the property expressed surprise and amusement at the news that Kennedy was listed in voting records as a resident. They have stated that they have only ever seen Moss and Haydock at the property and were unaware that Kennedy was living there as well. Kennedy’s most recent addresses listed in property searches are in Los Angeles and Foxboro, Massachusetts, with his previous addresses in Mount Kisco, Westchester County ranging from the mid-1990s to 2014.
