At least 23 people have been injured in a Russian daytime attack on Kharkiv, according to its regional governor. The 8.30am attack targeted a central, densely populated residential area, said Kharkiv’s mayor further noting that the city was attacked with a modified S-400 missile.Local authorities reported damaged residential houses, and an administrative building, including cars and buildings on fire as a result of the strike.The southern city of Odesa also underwent daytime attacks, and 11 people were reported injured.Local authorities stated that the missile strike damaged civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings, vehicles, and shops.
