A woman was injured in a Russian attack against the town of Huliaipole in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Other regions that came under attack included Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Vinnytsia, and Khmelnytskyi oblasts, although no casualties were reported in these areas. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Parliament passed a mobilization bill in the second reading as part of efforts to bolster its defenses against Russian aggression. The Mayor of Mykolaiv reported that the war has caused at least $2.9 billion in damages to the city.
