This stadium holds a seating capacity of around 17,000 people, which can be expanded to approximately 20,000 to accommodate more fans during major events.Burt Myers is no stranger to the spotlight at Bowman Gray, having secured multiple track championships since 1999 and dominating the Modified racing scene.Myers has also won the NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour Champion title and carries titles in the SMART Modified Tour. He comes from a family with a rich racing history, including connections to legendary figures such as his great uncle, Bobby Myers, and grandfather, Billy Myers, both of whom were champions at Bowman Gray.Speaking about his upcoming NASCAR debut, Myers explained:”I’m very excited to be a part of such a monumental event. Every short-track driver dreams of an opportunity like this. For mine to happen at my home track and to be able to continue my NASCAR family legacy means the world to me.”The event also sees the collaboration with Tony Eury Jr., serving as the crew chief for Myers’ vehicle. Eury Jr. also explained:”I’m looking forward to going to the stadium with Burt. We have won a lot of races together in our FURY modified over the years, and to be a part of this historic event with a driver like Burt, it’s hard not to be excited.”Team AmeriVet owner Rebecca Auchmoody, also stated:”I couldn’t be more excited to kick off the racing season at The Clash with Burt Myers.”This event will help us grow as a team with Burt’s experience and Tony Jr. as crew chief; it will contribute towards improving team performance. It’s also an incredible opportunity for us to continue our mission of supporting veterans through our 50 Vets a Week program.”Last season, we were proud to relieve $125,000 in veteran debt after the race in Phoenix, and our goal this time is to exceed that amount. Each race gives us a platform to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who have served, and we can’t wait to see what we can achieve together at The Clash.”2025 NASCAR Cup Series ScheduleRegular SeasonFeb. 2: Winston-Salem (Clash) – 8 p.m., FOXFeb. 16: Daytona 500 – 2:30 p.m., FOXFeb. 23: Atlanta – 3 p.m., FOXMar. 2: Austin – 3:30 p.m., FOXMar. 9: Phoenix – 3:30 p.m., FS1Mar. 16: Las Vegas – 3:30 p.m., FS1Mar. 23: Homestead – 3 p.m., FS1Mar. 30: Martinsville – 3 p.m., FS1Apr. 6: Darlington – 3 p.m., FS1Apr. 13: Bristol – 3 p.m., FS1Apr. 20: Off (Easter)Apr. 27: Talladega – 3 p.m., FOXMay 4: Texas – 3:30 p.m., FS1May 11: Kansas – 3 p.m., FS1May 18: North Wilkesboro (All-Star) – 8 p.m., FS1May 25: Charlotte – 6 p.m., Prime VideoJune 1: Nashville – 7 p.m., Prime VideoJune 8: Michigan – 2 p.m., Prime VideoJune 15: Mexico City – 3 p.m., Prime VideoJune 22: Pocono – 2 p.m., Prime VideoJune 28: Atlanta – 7 p.m., TNTJuly 6: Chicago street course – 2 p.m., TNTJuly 13: Sonoma – 3:30 p.m., TNTJuly 20: Dover – 2 p.m., TNTJuly 27: Indianapolis – 2 p.m., TNTAug. 3: Iowa – 3:30 p.m., USAAug. 10: Watkins Glen – 2 p.m., USAAug. 16: Richmond – 7:30 p.m., USAAug. 23: Daytona – 7:30 p.m., NBCPlayoffsAug. 31: Darlington – 6 p.m., USASept. 7: St. Louis – 3 p.m., USASept. 13: Bristol – 7:30 p.m., USASept. 21: New Hampshire – 2 p.m., USASept. 28: Kansas – 3 p.m., USAOct. 5: Charlotte road course – 3 p.m., USAOct. 12: Las Vegas – 5:30 p.m., USAOct. 19: Talladega – 2 p.m., NBCOct. 26: Martinsville – 2 p.m., NBCNov. 2: Phoenix – 3 p.m., NBC
