Flavor Flav claims his festive spirit was broken when NBC officials allegedly kicked him out of the Backstreet Boys dressing room at the Rockefeller Christmas Tree Lighting in NYC on Wednesday night.

The holiday extravaganza saw a slew of famous faces welcoming in the festive season, including the popular boy band and Kelly Clarkson, who hosted the event.

But despite the jolly cheer the event brought with it, the rapper alleged that he was confronted by security when he was backstage to meet with the Backstreet Boys.

“I feel weird… I was invited to the Rockefeller Tree Lighting tonite and I was escorted to see my boys… THE BACKSTREET BOYS… and we were backstage in their dressing room… security came up to me and said: @nbc Does not want me in this area and I need to leave,” the “Fight The Power” hitmaker, 65, wrote on X in a now-deleted post.

“At the same time… their social media woman came up and asked to capture social content.”

“What did I ever do to NBC or anyone?? all I ever do is try to spread joy and love… and I think I did that for NBC at the Olympics,” he added, referencing his work with NBC during this year’s Paris Olympic Games.

The “Bring the Noise” rapper soon deleted the heated post, but quickly followed up with a second one.

“I deleted the tweet… but my spirit is broken,” he wrote in another post.

The Post has reached out to NBC and reps for the Backstreet Boys for comment.

Flavor Flav, whose real name is William Drayton Jr., said that the band spoke up for him to security, but he was later seen watching the towering 74-foot Norway Spruce light up the Manhattan sky from the crowd.

“Christmas in the city, ain’t nothing like the Rockefeller tree lighting,” he said.

Thousands of visitors from all over the country and overseas stood in line for hours in hopes of getting a glimpse of the famous tree.

As the tree lights were turned on at 10 p.m., a choir sang “Joy to the World.”

Clarkson sang her hit festive tune “Underneath the Tree,” while the Backstreet Boys gave their rendition of the Nat King Cole Trio’s “The Christmas Song,” as well as “Last Christmas” by Wham!

Among the performers, Jennifer Hudson sang a jazz rendition of “Winter Wonderland” from the rooftop of Radio City Music Hall.

Grammy-winner Coco Jones also took to the stage, as well as Thalia and Raye. The iconic Radio City Rockettes also performed.
