She stated that she was raped once again during this encounter and eventually decided to cut off all contact with Combs in 1998. However, the situation worsened as Porter allegedly tried to sabotage her employment by spreading false accusations.
The lawsuit also mentions other entities such as Bad Boy Records, Arista, and Sony Music Entertainment as defendants, alleging that they allowed Combs to commit the alleged crimes. The bombshell lawsuit surfaced shortly after another former model accused Combs of similar offenses, and several other women have since come forward with similar allegations. The surfacing of an old video showing Combs physically attacking Ventura in a hotel hallway in 2016 further intensified the public scrutiny on his actions.
