A Florida man, Carlos Yadiel Baez Nieves, was arrested on charges of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of two women, Fatia Flowers and Nichole Daniels, in Orange County. Authorities believe Baez Nieves specifically targeted vulnerable women as his victims. Flowers was the first body discovered, with signs of strangulation, followed a month later by Daniels, who also showed signs of neck trauma. Both victims were transient sex workers who resided in the area where they were found.
