The alleged secret police infiltrators of the FETÖ (Fethullahist Terrorist Organization) were exposed, and new information was revealed from a micro SD card seized from a secret witness with the code name “Garson” in Ankara. As a result, an investigation has been launched in Izmir.
The Izmir Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office issued arrest warrants for 1 chief inspector, 1 commissioner, and 6 police officers who were found to have data entry indicating their membership in the organization, as well as contact with secret police officials and statements that they attended organizational meetings. Seven of the suspects were arrested in operations conducted in Izmir and Ankara.
Efforts are ongoing to capture the fugitive suspect. Additionally, it was reported that the suspects were suspended from their duties as a result of the identification of their connection to the organization in digital data, within the scope of an administrative investigation.

Moreover, due to the establishment of the suspects’ association with the organization in digital data, they were removed from their positions as part of an administrative investigation.
