Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck recently showcased their street style during a family spring break trip in New York City. Lopez opted for a sleek NYC-inspired look, sporting a gray trench coat, tall black boots, and black aviator sunglasses, while Affleck dressed in dark jeans, a black sweater, and a peacoat, completing his outfit with patterned Nikes and a briefcase. Both appeared to be carrying computers as they strolled side by side in the Big Apple.
The couple’s outing did not include Lopez’s twins Max and Emme, but the actress did share a sweet Instagram photo of herself with Emme and a family friend enjoying ice cream in the city. Lopez shares her twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony, whom she was married to from 2004 to 2014. Affleck, on the other hand, shares three children – Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel – with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, with whom he was married from 2005 to 2018. It is unclear if Affleck’s children joined them on the vacation.
Lopez and Affleck first began their relationship in 2002 after meeting on the set of their film Gigli. They were together for nearly two years before calling off their engagement in 2004. The couple rekindled their romance in 2021 following Lopez’s split from Alex Rodriguez. The pair confirmed their relationship in May of that year and were excited to give their love another chance.
In April, Lopez announced in her “On the JLo” newsletter that Affleck had proposed to her again, sharing the happy news of their engagement. The couple tied the knot in July 2022 in a small ceremony at The Little White Chapel in Las Vegas and later had a second wedding at Affleck’s Georgia estate in August that same year. The couple appeared to be happy and excited about their relationship and were looking forward to seeing where their love would take them.
