Seven suspects who were detained were taken to Ankara Courthouse after the completion of their procedures at the police headquarters. The suspects have completed their statement procedures at the Public Prosecutor’s Office. Following this, they were referred to Ankara Criminal Peace Judgeship.
The seven suspects were subsequently arrested by the Ankara Criminal Peace Judgeship. However, the procedures for one suspect are still ongoing at the police headquarters.
Ankara Public Prosecutor’s Office has released a new statement regarding the investigation. It was noted that digital material examinations and collection of other evidence are still ongoing.
Efforts to compile and analyze reports from the analysis of the phone traffic records (HTS) and the examination of financial data by the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK) are also still ongoing.
After all evidence is collected and added to the case file, a separate legal evaluation will be conducted by the Public Prosecutor’s Office regarding the crimes involved in the case.
