Popular predictions included Manchester City winning the title for the fourth time in a row. Gary Neville surprisingly backed Arsenal to end City’s dominance but was wrong as City secured the title. He correctly backed Liverpool and Chelsea’s top-six finish but missed out on some other predictions like top four and relegation candidates. Micah Richards accurately predicted City’s title win and Arsenal’s struggles without Gabriel Jesus. However, he also missed out on some predictions for the top four.

Robbie Savage faced difficulties in his challenging 1-20 prediction, getting many things wrong with the placing of teams. Danny Murphy, another pundit, made incorrect assumptions about the season, including overestimating the potential of certain signings.
Chris Sutton had a good showing, accurately predicting City’s success and some other aspects of the season, while Stephen Warnock stood out as one of the few pundits to correctly pick Villa for the top four.
