The report discussed the activities of the Overdose Outreach Team, which provided referrals to Mental Health and Addictions Services, housing services, naloxone training, and consultations, distributing 941 naloxone kits throughout Saskatoon.

In terms of fires in the city, the report indicated that $80.48 million worth of property and infrastructure caught fire in 2023, resulting in $7.75 million in fire damage.
