Other levels include “Team Trump 2024” for $250,000, “Team America First” for $100,000, “Club 47” at $50,000, and “MAGA 24” at $24,000.
The campaign is set to hold a major event for the joint fundraising committee on April 6 in Florida, targeting some of the Republican Party’s wealthiest donors. The goal is to raise $33 million at this event hosted by hedge fund founder John Paulson. Donors at the top level will receive perks such as seating at Trump’s table during dinner, a photo opportunity, and a personalized copy of Trump’s “Our Journey Together” coffee table book.
Despite these fundraising efforts, Trump has been outpaced by President Joe Biden in the race for campaign donations. Biden recently hosted a successful fundraiser in New York with former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, raising over $26 million. Biden is also fundraising jointly with various Democratic Party committees, showcasing a strong financial backing for his campaign.
Donations to the Trump 47 Committee will benefit Trump’s campaign, his leadership PAC that supports his legal fees, the Republican National Committee, and about 40 state party committees. This joint fundraising committee was established after Trump took control of the RNC earlier this month, aiming to strengthen fundraising efforts for his campaign and the Republican Party as a whole.
