Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Washington, D.C. all have their final day of early in-person voting on Sunday, just two days before Election Day. In Ohio, one of the most competitive Senate races on the map is taking place. Democrat Sen. Sherrod Brown faces Republican businessman Bernie Moreno in a tight race. Although Trump pushed White working-class voters towards the GOP, Democrats are performing well in the “three C’s”: Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati. Ohio’s Senate race is considered a toss-up, and the presidential race is ranked Likely R on the Fox News Power Rankings.

In Connecticut, the 5th District race has incumbent Rep. Jahana Hayes up against former state Sen. George Logan in a race ranked Lean D. New Jersey’s 7th District is the only competitive House race in the state, with incumbent Rep. Tom Kean Jr. facing Democrat Sue Altman in a race ranked Lean R. New York has several key races, including the 1st District, 4th District, 17th District, 18th District, 19th District, and 22nd District, all with varying rankings on the Power Rankings. In Ohio, key down-ballot races include the 9th District and the 13th District, both ranked as toss-ups.

Voters in Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Washington, D.C. who received mail-in ballots have until Nov. 5 to deliver them to local election officials. Sunday is the final day for early in-person voting in these states. In New Jersey, New York, and Ohio, numerous competitive races are underway, with a mix of incumbents and challengers vying for seats in the House of Representatives. Ohio’s Senate race is particularly notable, with incumbent Democrat Sen. Sherrod Brown facing a tough challenge from Republican businessman Bernie Moreno.

As Election Day approaches, the nation is watching closely as key races unfold in several states. From Ohio’s Senate race to various House races in New Jersey, New York, and Ohio, the results of these contests could have a significant impact on the balance of power in Congress. Voters in these states have the opportunity to cast their ballots early, either in person or by mail, ensuring their voices are heard in this crucial election. The outcome of these races will shape the political landscape for years to come.
