Documentary Being Filmed to Educate Public on Steroids Using Enhanced Games

The Enhanced Games have faced criticism for their lack of safety and concern for athletes’ health, as the event allows the use of performance-enhancing drugs. Dr. Aron D’Souza, the founder of the event, believes that his vision of sports will actually make competition safer and fairer. He has announced that a documentary will be released to educate the public about the potential benefits of scientific enhancements in sports. D’Souza emphasized that the focus of the documentary will be on the athletes, their struggles, opportunities, and journey, rather than on himself as the CEO.

The documentary will feature the stories of 10 athletes who will participate in the first Enhanced Games, aiming to showcase the potential of scientific enhancements in sports. Australian Olympic swimmer James Magnussen has committed to the event, with the incentive of a $1 million prize if he can beat the 50-meter world record – though it will not be officially recognized. D’Souza hopes that Magnussen’s story of coming out of retirement at 32 years old to try to break a world record will inspire viewers and demonstrate that through science, anything is possible in sports.

D’Souza drew inspiration from Netflix’s “Drive to Survive” documentary series on Formula One racing, which helped educate the public and increase the sport’s popularity. He believes that storytelling and communication are crucial components of the Enhanced Games, and the documentary will play a significant role in shaping the public perception of the event. The release of the documentary will coincide with the start of the Enhanced Games, although the exact date has yet to be determined.

Despite facing backlash, D’Souza remains committed to his vision of creating an Olympic-styled event that allows the use of performance-enhancing drugs. He believes that by educating the public about the potential benefits of scientific enhancements in sports, he can change the narrative around the Enhanced Games and highlight the athletes’ stories. The documentary will focus on the journey of the athletes, their struggles, and opportunities, rather than on D’Souza himself.

Through the release of the documentary, D’Souza hopes to showcase the potential of the Enhanced Games and inspire viewers with the stories of the athletes involved. He believes that by highlighting the benefits of scientific enhancements in sports, he can shift the conversation around the event and demonstrate that anything is possible with the right approach. The documentary will be released in conjunction with the start of the event, which is still awaiting an official date.
