Jennifer Aniston, at 55 years old, stays fit and toned with the help of her personal trainer, Dani Coleman, the director of training at Pvolve. Aniston works out with Coleman a few times a week for about an hour each session. The workouts focus on stability, mobility, and strength in the entire body using low-impact methods with resistance-based equipment. Aniston typically requests full-body sculpt and burn strength sessions targeting the inner thighs, glutes, and core, while also including cardiovascular exercises and weight training to build muscle mass and bone density.

Aniston’s workouts with Coleman also include a lot of core work to focus on total 360 core strength, as well as cardiovascular pushes and light plyometric exercises. The sessions encompass a hybrid of strength and sculpt workouts, sculpt and burn exercises, and progressive weight training to target both the upper and lower body. Aniston uses equipment like the P.band, a resistance band that works the upper body and core, in her workouts. Coleman appreciates Aniston’s willingness to try new challenges and push herself during their sessions.

Aniston incorporates a warm-up with light, full-body movements at the start of each workout and ends with recovery and stretching using a foam roller or massage balls to help with myofascial release. The workouts leave participants feeling energized without overworking their bodies. Aniston, known to be naturally active, makes time to prioritize her workouts even with a hectic schedule. She sets aside distractions and focuses on her workout during their training sessions.

Participants interested in working out like Aniston can visit a Pvolve studio or try out their on-demand workouts, including the “Jen’s Spring Challenge” program. Aniston partnered with Pvolve in 2023 after experiencing burnout with other intense exercises like CrossFit and boxing. The program offers exercises to help build strength, flexibility, and overall fitness, and participants can access the workouts with three free streaming months upon purchasing the Essentials Bundle.

Coleman appreciates Aniston’s dedication to her workouts and the trust she puts in her trainer to challenge her appropriately. Aniston’s commitment to maintaining her fitness level and health is evident through her consistent workout routine and openness to trying new workout techniques. The at-home streaming experience offered by Pvolve allows Aniston to continue her workouts even when she is not able to make it to the studio, and the program offers a variety of sessions to cater to different fitness levels and preferences.
