Keough disputes the existence of the loan and the legitimacy of Naussany Investments as a company, alleging that the documents are fraudulent. Despite Naussany providing a notarized promissory note signed by Lisa Marie Presley, Keough claims it is a forgery, and the notary public has denied ever notarizing any documents for her. Attempts to contact Naussany were fruitless, and Elvis Presley Enterprises has labeled their claims as fraudulent.
