It was later reported that legal constraints prevented him from mentioning her due to a settlement from 2023 following Ventura’s accusations of rape and abuse.
Despite the shocking video evidence of Diddy’s assault on Ventura, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office stated that he could not be charged due to the statute of limitations.
