Brandi Glanville suggests her lawyers severed connections with her during Bravo lawsuit, speculates they were ‘compensated’

Brandi Glanville, former star of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” claimed that her lawyers have cut ties with her amid an ongoing case with Bravo after she accused Andy Cohen of sexual harassment. Glanville alleged that her lawyers, Bryan Freedman and Mark Garagos, initially assured her that she had a strong case against Bravo and would receive a significant payout, but suddenly decided that she no longer had a case and terminated their representation. She suggested that this sudden change may have been due to a payoff.

In February, Glanville’s attorneys sent a letter to NBC, Shed Media, and Warner Bros., accusing Cohen of sexual harassment. The letter claimed that Cohen had made inappropriate comments in a video sent to Glanville, stating that he wanted to sleep with another Bravo star while thinking about her and inviting her to watch him engage in sexual activities via FaceTime. The letter emphasized that Cohen, as Glanville’s boss, had significant power over her career, and his behavior was an abuse of that power reminiscent of past scandals at NBC.

Cohen responded to the allegations, stating that the video in question was a joke made in jest between him, Glanville, and another Bravo star, who was later revealed to be Kate Chastain from “Below Deck.” He acknowledged that the joke was inappropriate and apologized for any offense caused. Glanville, however, has continued to express her grievances with Bravo, particularly after leaving filming on Season 4 of “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” early in January 2023.

Following her departure, Glanville found herself embroiled in further controversy when Caroline Manzo accused her of inappropriate touching without consent. Manzo subsequently sued Bravo for alleged sexual harassment but did not include Glanville in the lawsuit. Glanville has vehemently denied the accusations, referring to them as absurd. Additionally, in July, she attributed facial swelling to stress caused by Bravo, claiming that she was unable to work due to her condition and expressing frustration over the toll it was taking on her mental health.

Despite the ongoing legal issues and public disputes surrounding Glanville, Bravo and Glanville’s former lawyers, Freedman and Garagos, have not publicly commented on the situation. Glanville remains outspoken about her experiences with Bravo and maintains her stance that she was a victim of sexual harassment by Cohen. The situation highlights the complexities of navigating allegations of misconduct within the entertainment industry, particularly when they involve powerful figures and influential networks like Bravo. Ultimately, the fallout from this case has left Glanville in a challenging position as she continues to seek justice and resolution for the alleged harassment she faced.
