This week, Netflix is adding a variety of previously released films to its streaming service, including Bradley Cooper’s 2015 movie Burnt, which follows a Michelin star-winning chef in Paris as he battles addiction and attempts to make a career comeback. Despite a lackluster reception at the box office, Burnt is now available to stream on Netflix. Another cult classic making its debut is David Lynch’s 1984 adaptation of the science fiction novel Dune, which has garnered a following despite receiving mixed reviews from critics.

In addition to Burnt and Dune, Netflix is also adding the critically acclaimed war drama 1917 to its lineup. Directed by Sam Mendes, this World War I tale follows two soldiers on a dangerous mission to save their comrades from an enemy ambush. The film was a success at the box office and received numerous award nominations and wins, including three Oscars. With positive reviews from critics and audiences alike, 1917 is sure to be a popular addition to Netflix’s catalog.

For fans of family-friendly movies, Pokémon: Detective Pikachu is another new addition to Netflix this week. Starring Ryan Reynolds as the voice of Pikachu, this animated and live-action hybrid follows a young man as he teams up with the famous Pokémon detective to find his missing father. The film was a hit with audiences and critics, earning positive reviews and a strong box office performance. With a fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes, Pokémon: Detective Pikachu is a must-watch for fans of the beloved franchise.

In addition to these standout films, Netflix is also adding several other popular movies to its lineup on Saturday. Will Smith’s Muhammad Ali biopic Ali, the animated comedy The Lego Movie, and The Conjuring movie trilogy are among the titles joining the streaming service. With a mix of genres and styles, Netflix is offering something for everyone this week. Whether you’re in the mood for a gripping war drama, a heartwarming family film, or a thrilling mystery, there’s something new to discover on Netflix.

Overall, this week’s additions to Netflix showcase a diverse selection of films, from acclaimed dramas to popular blockbusters. Whether you’re a fan of Bradley Cooper’s work, a lover of science fiction, or simply looking for a fun and entertaining movie to watch, there’s something for everyone on the streaming service. With so many options to choose from, Netflix continues to provide a wide range of content for viewers to enjoy in the comfort of their own homes.
