Expressing his plans for the future, Doğan mentioned that they would identify the shortcomings in the village and request necessary assistance from the state. He also mentioned a bridge project for the road and cemetery in the village. Despite initial doubts from some due to his young age, Doğan’s victory has proven them wrong, as they now refer to him as a “young and dynamic headman” and admire his determination to work.

Residents of the village, such as 60-year-old Şaban Ünal, expressed their joy at having a young headman in the village. Ünal believes that the young headman will be successful and beneficial for the village. The positive reactions from others about the election of the youngest headman have brought happiness to the villagers, showing their confidence and support for Mustafa Doğan.

Mustafa Doğan has already begun working on addressing the needs of the village after his election as the headman. He plans to request assistance from the government to improve the infrastructure in the village, including roads and the cemetery. Despite his young age, Doğan’s determination and hard work have earned him the respect and admiration of the villagers, who appreciate his efforts to make positive changes in their community.

The victory of Mustafa Doğan in the village headman election has brought pride and excitement to the residents of Şirinler village. The support and encouragement from the villagers have motivated Doğan to work even harder to fulfill his promises and make a positive impact on the village. His election as the youngest headman in the village has not only surprised many but also inspired hope and optimism for a better future for the community.
