Accuser of Diddy Claims to Have Woken Up on Street with Date Rape Drug in System Following Encounter with Mogul Backstage

A New York woman alleges that she was drugged with a date rape drug while attending a Sean “Diddy” Combs concert in 2011 and subsequently abandoned on a Manhattan street. She claims to have been invited backstage to meet Combs after chatting with a security guard at the venue, where they were given drinks and then blacked out. The woman woke up on a Manhattan sidewalk near her car and felt unwell, leading her to call her mother and go to the hospital for a sexual assault examination. Tests revealed the presence of date rape drugs in her system but no signs of penetration.

Her story was corroborated by her mother, who arrived at the hospital after the alleged incident, although police were unable to find records of the incident. The woman mentioned finding unfamiliar numbers in her phone after the incident, some of whom she called to piece together what happened. However, she faced backlash and gaslighting from individuals she reached out to. She decided to hire a lawyer after learning of federal investigations into Combs earlier this year, as he faces sex trafficking charges and numerous civil lawsuits with similar allegations.

Following the alleged incident, the woman hired Long Island attorney Bob Macedonio to pursue legal action. The attorney is in the process of obtaining police and medical records and interviewing witnesses. Records from the hospital where the woman underwent a sexual assault examination were purged, but her lawyer plans to request specific records related to the examination. Both the woman and her mother felt traumatized by the incident, with the mother recalling how her daughter woke up in a confused state and underwent the examination.

The woman’s case adds to a growing list of sex assault allegations against Combs, who is currently being held without bail on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He has pleaded not guilty, and his criminal trial is set to begin on May 5. In addition to the federal charges, Combs faces numerous civil lawsuits with similar claims of sexual assault. The woman involved in this specific case expressed shock at the allegations against Combs and emphasized the importance of protecting oneself by being vigilant about their surroundings and drinks.

Representatives for Combs have not responded to requests for comment on the woman’s accusations. The woman recounted feeling traumatized and confused after waking up on a Manhattan sidewalk and emphasized the importance of being cautious when attending events and consuming drinks. In light of the allegations against Combs, the woman hopes that justice will be served, especially in cases involving younger victims. If you or someone you know has been sexually assaulted, resources such as the National Sexual Assault Hotline are available for support and assistance.
