Miami Beach Police arrested Gregory Fitzgerald Gibert, 53, in connection with the beating death of 37-year-old transgender woman Andrea Dorias Dos Passos. Dos Passos’ body was found near the Miami City Ballet after an employee noticed what he believed to be someone sleeping outside the building.
