Taylor Swift’s Workouts are so Intense that People Would ‘Throw Up’ Attempting Them, According to Her Personal Trainer

Taylor Swift is praised for her incredible work ethic and dedication to her fitness routine by her personal trainer, Kirk Myers. He reveals that Swift goes through a rigorous workout regime that most people would struggle to handle. Myers tailors her training sessions to fit both her career demands and busy schedule. Swift’s training for her Eras Tour was approached with the mindset of a professional athlete, with dedicated time for an “off-season” and an “in-season” routine that involved up to six days a week of training for two hours a day.

Swift shares that she would run on the treadmill every day, singing the entire set list out loud to prepare for the fast-paced songs with a mix of jogging or fast walking for slower songs. She also spent three months in the dance studio with choreographer Mandy Moore to perfect her dance moves for the show. Swift aimed to be over-rehearsed to the point where she could fully engage with her fans and deliver a flawless performance.

Myers emphasizes Swift’s determination and hard work, watching her consistently push through challenges and always strive to improve.
