Lawsuit Alleges Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Son Sexually Assaulted Woman on Yacht

A lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court has named Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Christian “King” Combs as co-defendants, alleging that Christian sexually assaulted a woman working on a yacht chartered by his father. The lawsuit accuses Sean Combs of creating circumstances that led to the assault and paying to cover it up afterward. This lawsuit is the latest in a series of legal actions accusing the producer and music mogul of sexual misconduct, and it comes amid a federal sex trafficking investigation that led to raids on his homes in Los Angeles and Miami last week.

The woman, Grace O’Marcaigh, who worked as a crew member and bartender on the yacht, alleges that Christian Combs pressured her to drink spiked tequila in late December 2022. He groped her and attempted to force her to perform oral sex. O’Marcaigh claims that Christian assaulted her in a music studio on board the ship, as well as in the ship’s movie theater. She reported the assault to the yacht’s captain, but the captain failed to investigate after receiving a large sum of cash from Combs. O’Marcaigh was eventually fired in retaliation and has been unable to find work in the music industry since then.

Christian Combs, also a musical artist, topped Billboard’s Mainstream R&B Hip-Hop charts with his song “Can’t Stop Won’t Stop” in 2022. He was present during the raids on his father’s Los Angeles home but was not arrested. Another lawsuit, filed by producer Rodney Jones in February, makes similar allegations against Sean Combs, claiming that he coerced him to solicit prostitutes and pressured him to have sex with them. Combs and his attorney have denied all allegations, calling the lawsuits “lewd and meritless.”

The attorney for Sean and Christian Combs has criticized the latest lawsuit, calling it filled with “manufactured lies” and irrelevant facts. He pointed out that the attorney representing O’Marcaigh and Jones, Tyrone Blackburn, was recently referred to a disciplinary committee for a “pattern of behavior” where he improperly filed cases in federal court. However, Blackburn has responded, stating that they have evidence of Christian sexually assaulting O’Marcaigh on tape. Several lawsuits have recently brought public scrutiny to Sean Combs, including one filed by his former protege, R&B singer Cassie, that alleged years of sexual abuse, including rape.

Sean Combs, a three-time Grammy winner and the founder of Bad Boy Records, is among the most influential hip-hop producers and executives of the past three decades. He has turned his hip-hop empire into a broader business enterprise that includes private-label spirits, fashion, and a TV network. Despite the legal challenges he currently faces, Combs and his attorneys have consistently denied all allegations of sexual misconduct and wrongdoing, and the lawsuits are ongoing. The public scrutiny and legal battles have cast a shadow over his legacy and reputation as a prominent figure in the music industry.
