The rains will begin to move away today from the areas most affected by floods. The forecast from the National Meteorological Institute for today announces that precipitation will be occasional in both Álava and Navarra. Tuesday was the critical day, with a total of 52.2 liters per square meter falling in Vitoria, making it the rainiest day of the winter so far. Yesterday, only 2.4 liters per square meter were recorded at the weather station at Foronda airport. The skies will be very cloudy today, but rain is only expected in the early hours of the morning. The snow line in Álava will rise to 900 meters and temperatures will continue to rise slightly. In Navarra, snowfall will occur between 700 and 1,000 meters, with morning mists and the possibility of fog. Only a weak frost is expected.
