Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez, an illegal Mexican immigrant who has been deported numerous times, is facing murder charges in Ohio after the discovery of a man’s body. The 46-year-old is being held at the Butler County Jail on charges including aggravated murder, using weapons while intoxicated, carrying concealed weapons, possession of drugs, and obstructing official business. Garcia-Gutierrez, who has been arrested nearly a dozen times under various aliases and birthdates, has also been charged with over 20 crimes and is believed to be a gang member. He is currently detained on an ICE detainer.
