There are more billionaires in Gotham than any other city in the world — and one of them is newly-minted comedy magnate Jerry Seinfeld.

NYC takes the cash crown for the fourth year in a row, home to a staggering 123 billionaires worth a combined $759 billion — and 15 are new to the list, according to Forbes’ 2025 edition of Cities With The Most Billionaires.

Former communist capital Moscow was a distant No. 2, with 90 billionaires, followed by Hong Kong (72) and London (71).

San Francisco, with 58 billionaires, was second in the US, followed by L.A., with 56. Tinseltown added only three to its tally from last year.

Seinfeld, who owns an apartment on Central Park West and a 12-acre mansion in Amagansett, NY, is now worth a not-too-shabby $1.1 billion.

The 70-year-old comedian earned a chunk of his change from syndication deals for his eponymous TV show, upwards of $465 million, according to Bloomberg. In 2021, Netflix acquired the sitcom — which originally aired from 1989 to 1998 — netting the Brooklyn native and Queens College alum an additional $94 million.

He raked in another $100 million from touring and has another $40 million tied up in real estate. His Upper West apartment, which he snagged in 1998, set him back $4.35 million and he bought his Long Island property in 2000 for $25.6 million.

“As I always say, ‘There are only two types of Americans, those who live in New York, and those that wish they could,’ so it’s no surprise the wealthiest people — who can live anywhere in the world — are choosing New York City,” Mayor Eric Adams told The Post of the survey results.

“This is a city of economic opportunity — the best place to grow your business, invest in your community, and raise your family. Jobs are up, crime is down, and tens of thousands of people more are moving to the greatest city on the globe.”

Two billionaires on the 2024 list of NYC titans are now off: Fortress Investment Group co-founder Randal Nordone; and Stephen Ross, chairman of Related Companies and principal owner of the Miami Dolphins, who moved to Florida.

Another newcomer to New York’s billion-dollar boldfacers is Chipotle founder Steve Ells, 59. The Indianapolis native launched the company in 1993 and it now boasts 3,700 eateries around the world. He owns three Greenwich Village apartments — two in the same building on West 12th Street and a third on Fifth Avenue.

Former Mayor Michael Bloomberg, worth $105 billion, remains New York City’s richest resident. No. 2 is Julia Koch, the widow of David Koch, worth $74.2 billion.

New York’s billionaires made their big bucks from the same three industries — 68 work in finance and investment, 13 are in the real estate sector and 12 come from fashion and retail.

“It’s the tax dollars of high-income earners like these that are helping us to provide resources and critical services to working-class New Yorkers,” Adams added. “But let’s be clear: This is the best city on the globe because it’s where anyone, regardless of their financial status, can thrive.”

Adams pointed out another perk to living among billionaires in the Big Apple.

“If you’re thinking about moving here, this is just another reason — you could find your billionaire boo!”
