At least four people were killed by a Russian missile that hit a hotel in the central Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih on Wednesday night. A further 31 people were injured, including one child, according to local rescue services. Fourteen of the victims remain in a serious condition, said regional governor Serhii Lysak.
