A full list of stores can be found on the FDA recall notice.The FDA said that the products lacked the required “keep refrigerated” labels, which could have led to hazardous bacterial growth if they were stored at room temperature.The agency warned consumers not to consume the products, even if they do not look or smell spoiled. No illnesses had been reported as of Monday.The FDA noted that it only takes a few micrograms of the toxin to cause illness in a healthy adult.
