He’s set to meet with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi later today Washington, DC, time.Loading“There was a call which had been scheduled the other day, and there had been, it seems, limited engagement even by the ambassador or the foreign minister with her counterparts or his counterparts,” Dutton said.Foreign Minister Penny Wong was one of few foreign dignitaries invited to Trump’s inauguration in January and was the second international leader to meet with her US counterpart, Secretary of State Marco Rubio.Dutton continued: “I just think the prime minister has dropped the ball here. He’s just not up to the task of negotiating these big deals. And there is a deal, I’m sure, to be done with the United States, and there is a lot Australia has to offer.”
