Summarize this content to 2000 words in 6 paragraphs A Maryland woman was arrested and charged with 13 counts, including negligent vehicular manslaughter, negligent homicide and driving under the influence of alcohol, following the July 6 crash that left Minnesota Vikings rookie cornerback Khyree Jackson and two others dead. Cori Clingman was accused of “traveling at a high rate of speed” when she allegedly caused the three-car crash in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Clingman and two other passengers in her car were not injured, state police said in a July news release.Clingman, of Upper Marlboro, attempted to change lanes and struck a maroon Dodge Charger before hitting a Chevrolet Impala, according to police. The force of the crash caused the Charger to travel off the road and hit multiple tree stumps before coming to a stop.Jackson, 24, was in the front passenger seat of the Charger and died at the scene, police said. Isaiah Hazel, 23, the driver, was also pronounced dead at the scene. A third person, Anthony Lytton, 24, was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries. The driver of the Impala was uninjured and refused medical treatment at the scene.Maryland football head coach Mike Locksley speaks during a vigil in Upper Marlboro, Md., to honor the lives of Khyree Jackson and AJ Lytton Jr. on July 24, 2024.Michael A. McCoy for The Washington Post via Getty ImagesPrince George’s County State’s Attorney Aisha Braveboy said the crash took the lives of “three amazing young men.”“Each of their lives was special, important and a tragic loss for their families and our community,” she said at a news conference Thursday announcing the arrest of Clingman.Clingman faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted, Braveboy said. Online court records did not list an attorney for Clingman.Jackson was a starting cornerback at the University of Oregon and was the Vikings’ fourth-round pick in the NFL draft. He attended Dr. Henry A. Wise Jr. High School with Hazel and Lytton, a social media post from the school’s athletic department said. Braveboy said she believes Clingman also attended high school with them and that “they all had known each other for a very long time.”
