Khloé Kardashian had some setbacks during her holiday celebrations this year as her daughter, True, was sick on Christmas. She revealed on Instagram that she missed the family’s Christmas Eve party, which was a tradition she had been attending for many years. Despite being at sister Kendall Jenner’s house for a more low-key gathering, she was still sad to miss out. However, the biggest hiccup came when her son, Tatum, fell ill the weekend before Christmas, and then True came down with a 105-degree fever.
Despite the challenges, Kardashian said that True is now on the mend after a scary few days. She shared that they celebrated Christmas at Kris Jenner’s house, with True still recovering. Kardashian recalled how True was sleeping in another room while she cooked breakfast to keep the Christmas spirit alive for her children. Now that True is feeling better, they plan to have their delayed Santa toy exchange since True wasn’t in the mood on Christmas due to being sick.
In addition to dealing with her children’s illnesses, Kardashian also managed to give her sister Kim Kardashian an ultimate Christmas gift. She presented Kim with a bedazzled scooter, which Kim was incredibly excited about, especially since she was recovering from a foot injury at the time. Kim shared her excitement on Instagram, stating that she would keep the gift forever. The gift exchange didn’t stop there, as Kylie Jenner also gave their mother a custom travel bag with all of her kids’ faces from when they were kids on it, which Khloé described as incredible.
Despite the challenges and setbacks, Khloé Kardashian expressed that she had a “great” Christmas and that she loves holidays. She mentioned that even with the unexpected turn of events, she still found joy in the celebrations and spending time with her family. While she missed out on some of the usual festivities, she made the most of the situation and ensured that her children still felt the Christmas spirit, even as they were recovering from illnesses. Overall, Khloé managed to spread love and holiday cheer despite the tough circumstances surrounding her family’s holiday celebrations this year.
