Artfarm, founded by Manuela and Iwan Wirth, opened their first restaurant in New York called Manuela. Located in Soho, the restaurant features a colorful space filled with works from artists such as Mika Rottenberg and Matthew Day Jackson. The menu at Manuela showcases a commitment to regenerative agriculture, local purveyors, and craftspersons, with a strong focus on plant-based dishes. Brunch and lunch services will be available starting November 9 and November 11, respectively.
Francesco Clemente recently collaborated with Ginori 1735 for their “Reborn Project,” creating two sets of hand-painted table services called “Si Tu Savais” and “Grisaille Self-Portrait.” The artist’s unique pieces are on display at Lévy Gorvy Dayan as part of his latest exhibit, “Summer Love in the Fall.” The Clemente Bar at 11 Madison Park also features new works by the artist, further showcasing his artistic range.
A surprise collaboration between Mikimoto and Chrome Hearts has resulted in a collection of eleven pieces, including jewelry featuring classic Chrome Hearts motifs in 18-karat gold and diamonds paired with pearls. Some pieces in the collection, described as intricately hand-worked, are available in limited editions. The collection can be purchased at select Chrome Hearts and Mikimoto boutiques, including the New York City locations.
Remedy Place, billed as the “World’s First Social Wellness Club,” has opened its second outpost in Soho following a successful launch in Flatiron two years ago. Founded by Jonathan Leary, who has a doctorate in chiropractic medicine, Remedy Place offers a holistic approach to health with services such as vitamin IVs, acupuncture, cupping, and ice baths. The new location in Soho allows guests to experience the club’s offerings either à la carte or through membership.
