Kelly, a retired aerospace engineer with top security clearance and no prior criminal record, is currently held on a $500,000 cash bond with house arrest and an ankle monitor if he is able to post bail.
The targeted DNC office in Tempe was one of 18 field offices for Vice President Kamala Harris in Arizona.
