Making bread can be a time-consuming task that requires patience, but with a same-day focaccia recipe, you can have fluffy, delicious bread in just a few hours. Despite the simplicity of the recipe, the resulting bread is fluffy, flavorful, and perfect for dipping in whipped ricotta or enjoying with a charcuterie board and a bottle of wine. The stretch and fold technique helps develop gluten structure in the dough, resulting in a light and airy texture. You can customize the toppings and experiment with different flavors to suit your preferences.
