The National Police are investigating the deaths of a man and a woman, whose bodies were found with “obvious signs of violence” in a building in Logroño that was set on fire earlier this morning. Two men aged 40 and 46 with a long criminal history have been arrested for this crime, as confirmed by police commanders.
