Mike Crow, sent a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and Secret Service Acting Director Ronald Rowe Jr. requesting information related to the shooting that occurred at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13.
The officials sent the letter requesting the information following a visit to the Butler Farm Show grounds in southwestern Pennsylvania, which is Kelly’s home district. The congressman stated on social media that the meetings with law enforcement during the visit provided the task force with greater insight into the security failures of the July 13 event.
